Property management simplified
Atalo improves and simplifies communication between property management (or landlords) and their tenants. It is comprised of two systems, a mobile app and an administrator website.
The mobile app allows tenants to communicate with the management company, create maintenance requests, book available services, and receive live updates.
The user interface is inspired by the simplicity and user-friendly design of modern social networking apps, where user engagement is at the core of the application.
The administrator web application provides real-time monitoring and messaging tools, allows for the creation of engaging content for tenants with a simple drag and drop interface, tracks maintenance requests, creates package notifications and even allows for customised services with booking capabilities.
